What do libs want whites to give blacks exactly...
We have blacks who are billionaires. We have black CEOs, black doctors, and have even had a black President. 90%+ of the NFL and NBA are black, with some making as much as $40 million a year. Affirmative action was put in place. Asian Americans actually have to take a back seat to blacks as far as getting into college, despite higher grades and test scores. Blacks even have their own scholarships and even have "black colleges". So... what exactly is it that is left for the white man to give these people to appease the left, and is there even an actual endgame on this issue, or does the left plan on taking and taking until there's nothing left to be taken...

Have you ever been on welfare? Do you know how hard it is to come off welfare? Do you know that a pay raise at work can mean a severe loss of income at home? How about if you have a family and you're on welfare, do you want to get a job when the healthcare benefits that your kids need will go away for 6 months? Employment becomes a gamble when your on welfare. The safety net is a safety trap.
Did you know that in the 70's, welfare workers would go to black families and tell them that they could have all kinds of benefits if they first get rid of the able bodied male in the house? I saw this on a PBS documentary. They literally split up families (broken homes are a major correlate of poverty). After they split them, workers would randomly stop by to make sure there was no dad living there. Black dads had to hide in their own homes! These are the kinds of Democrat policies the righties are talking about. It's the institutional racism of the Lefts welfare state. This isn't a racist notion indicating black people aren't smart enough. They are just responding to incentives, the way anyone would.
Can you tell me what government policy has the black murder rate so high? Can you tell me any republican policy at all that is actually racist?

In the drug war, there is an 18 : 1 discrepancy in the sentences handed out to black people for possessing the SAME amount of crack cocaine, that white people are caught with in powdered form.. The discrepancy WAS 100 : 1.. So, they reduced it to 18 : 1.. But, it's STILL racist through and through..

I pointed out that when cocaine is processed into crack and ingested the way one must ingest it, the high is sharper and drops off quicker, making it far more addictive. Crack is not literally the same is cocaine just as meth is not literally the same as ADHD drugs.
Since this law that you bring up targets a crime rather than a race, do you suppose it is racist to say that a stiffer punishment for crack is a policy against black people? Since violent crime rates are higher in the black community, wouldn't your logic extend to claim that punishment for illegal weapons discharge in the city is a racist law?

The easiest way to debunk that "crack sentencing disparity is racist" is pointing to the fact that these laws were championed by black lawmakers in an attempt to get crack out of the inner-cities. Also, every race is prosecuted equally under these laws. Further, crystal meth carries similar sentences and is more likely to be used by whites than blacks.

You don't mean that a white crackhead is sentenced lighter than a black crackhead, that would be racist. What you mean is that a white crackhead is sentenced harsher than a black cokehead. The sentence follows the drug, not the race, which is why it isn't racist.
Do you know what the sentence difference is for black people shooting guns in the city vs white people shooting guns in the country? 100%. They don't even have laws against white gun shooters in the country. This is at least as racist as your drug complaint. If you find it ludicrous, then consistency would require you rethink your own position.

Except that this does not underlie my argument. Black people have disproportionate poverty rates, thus bad welfare policies will disproportionately affect them. White people have the same problems in the system, but there are higher rates of black people stuck there. I guess I cant say for sure that the issues are historically the same, for example I can't say for sure that liberals literally came to white peoples homes to make sure the home stayed broken.

That's true. That would imply that a lower percentage of white families have to fight generational poverty. But a disparity of ends doesn't mean a disparity of means. If you want to say that black people are oppressed, you have to say what it is that is oppressing them uniquely. Just pointing out their poverty rates doesn't indicate anything.

I think the main point that Antrim is making (in his own way) is that if the problem were simply/solely due to discrimination against/oppression of non-whites, then you would expect Asian immigrants, for example, to be similarly caught up/confined to poverty in the American system. However, within a few generations, Asian immigrants have largely proven to be highly successful in America even though they started at the "bottom" and have largely earned a high reputation (on average). Therefore, is it possible that there are cultural differences that may be holding back the Black community in America as compared to Asian immigrants or is there a uniquely, especially egregious discrimination against the Black population as compared to other Minority groups?

Right, in the sense that Asian's in America have never been enslaved (although Japanese Americans were subjected to internment camps during WWII). What I mean by "the bottom" is that when Asian immigrants first come to America, they are overwhelmingly poor and part of the Working Class. Within a few generations (on average/as a group), they are able to ascend from this poverty even into good standing. How is this possible?
