What is a "soul", what is "love"?

What does "have a soul" mean? What is a soul? What is love? These questions shall be debated. Thank you for taking the time to participate and I hope you are not offended. If you are, oh well. Get over it.

An overrated, outdated concept. That itchy feeling I get in my pants when I look at Tom Cruise.

I think a soul is not a spiritual thing, but I do believe people have souls. As in a mixture of what your heart is telling you, and what your brain tells you. I think souls are where heartfelt opinions are held, and where love is held. Which brings me to my next point. I strongly believe that the word 'love' is misused if you agree with me. I think that love is a bond between two people, no matter what gender, or colour, etc. Love is not kissing, love is not sex, it is the unspoken (and sometimes spoken) pulling of two souls, something that draws them together. Attraction is not love, it is all in personality. Have you ever met someone and said they were absolutely gorgeous before knowing their personality? When you get to know them, it's like they change for better or worse. If they have a great personality, then likely they'll be more attractive, and vice versa. (Thank you, Doctor Who. Whovians will get this, kind of, hopefully.) Thank you for reading!

A soul is apparently a meta-physical version of you. It's as if your body is simply a vessel.

Love is whatever you want it to be, but in the general sense it's a high level of adoration and admiration for something.

You have no soul, in fact you have no inherently existent self. You have a mind and you have a body and that is it. The self is just a false creation of the mind and the soul is just a form of this.
