What is the airline company you like the most?
JetBlue... even though I've never flown with them. Their passengers were stuck on the runway for eleven hours in 2007. They obviously received a lot of complaints as a result and this had an impact on JetBlue ticket sales. So, JetBlue went back to the drawing board. They installed padded leather seats, increased the amount of leg room, added a new entertainment system, multiple snack and drink choices offered throughout the flight, and improved customer service. Now if they happen to be stuck on the runway for a long period of time, their passengers will be comfortable. 1
