I'm not wholly certain of which will occur...perhaps both. We've come so far through the years that I am proud of my nation for electing this wonderful man President. I've also been through some racial rioting through the years and it's not pretty...it's extraordinarily frightening to witness and be involved in. I think there will be break-outs of racial chaos but in certain pockets of the nation and not across the board. I think that is the best we can hope for.

I also feel that there will be racial riots if Obama was assassinated due to his skin color. But I hope that it will never, ever come to that. May he live a long and happy life and lead our country to great things over the next 4-8 years!

I don't think it will happen but, wow, i can only imagine the complete Chaos, i have heard people at school talk about how they will attack the mall if obama is assassinated.

But seriously it wont happen.

The thing that people dont understand is that if he is killled it would be the worst thing for this country. I mean I voted for McCain but I dont want anyone to get killed. Everyone makees comparisons to Linclion and JFK but we all know that that is not the same because of the race issue. Just think when Rodney Kings case was proven innocent everyone lost it and played the race card even when as citizens we grant the officers the power to make the disgresion as to what is nessacary force. We also forgot about the 90 minnute chase and that he was hopped up on all kinds of drugs. Thats not the point though. The point is that if one person in the senate stepped out of line and said something racial that got onto TV there would be all kinds of riots. I just hope nothing happens that causes riots.........For now i will keep my gun under my bed just in case....

yes i feel there will be chaos. all the way around. there has been chaos over all of the past presidents whos lives have been cut short at the hand of someone else. however IF he does why does it have to be about race at all? he is promising change people are scared of change. i did not vote this year i did not feel either of them ready of fit for the title. but hey thats just me. i was not very educated or up to date with either of them but what i did hear i did not like. now thats out of the way i can move on to the subject. i think that if a "white man" does it the first thing shouted from the roof tops with be raciest. i think if a "black man" does it, it will be said that he grew up in suburbia and doesnt know about the ghettos or hood or whatever you want to call it. either of these will start mass fights that our country had not seen in quite a while. i feel it will be a he said she said... however if a terrorist does it we will all be mad. it burns my buttons when people complain about who is in office. we voted them in. if you did not vote do not complain!!! and whatever your choice was at least it was your to make. but seriously a large percentage of this country can not even handle the pressure of going to work every day, and maintaining a family. these wonderful brave men no matter their flaws deserve your respect! not every one will be happy at one time. all we can hope is that we stay free, have food in our bellies, and a roof over our head. i know people are having a hard time with these subjects right now so if you feel the urge to complain about our country go do something to help instead of sitting at this computer using up more electricity and do nothing more than complain how everything is so expensive. Is it just me or has the electric bill gone up too?

It will just be an LOL moment since he knew that it would probably happen. Hell, he put his entire family in danger... but as long as he has power... Lulz.

But i'm sick like that. I never really feel sad for someone who has just died (unless it's a soldier or a child rape victim... shit like that). Hell, a girl was shot yesterday in my school, and i joked around about it.

Really, why should I care? Yeah, the blacks will probably get pissed and riot, but when has that NOT happened? Fuck, people were getting ready for a riot if Obama lost... it isn't that much of a surprise.

and the white guy who does it will probably be the biggest moron of all time. Obama has two ways of running this country. Fucking it up, or Saving it, and if some white guys assassinates him, it will automatically make him a martyr, and will of course make the next guy who gets elected a Democrat since he'll just run on the platform of "we shall remember what Obama fought for before he died". Just how LBJ won his second term.

Obama has bearly been able to win dew too the racial chaos and if hes assassinated things will get worse.The black community will point fingers at the white community Latinos and Asians and many other will point fingers with comments like your hole race are murders.And as much as i don't want to say it the white community will be the worse of all.

Meaningless speeches will most certainly occur if we have an assassination of this caliber. I say they will most likely be meaningless based on the past. None of the speeches I've ever heard through the years of racial turmoil and strife never did a darned thing to alleviate the situation. Is it a matter of what can one say at such a time or do they truly not care about the person or the country? The main question I will have is why? Why did we not double or triple the guard on President Obama knowing our history?

Kennedy got shot and the sun rose the next day. Same thing will happen if Obama gets taken out. The sun will rise again the next day. No big.

We're gonna be in even more trouble because Joe Biden will be our president.
