When Christians can build a church in "Saudi" Arabia, then Muslims can build mosques here.

The Progressives have a true affection for the Religion of Islam but there Social Issues will not work in that religion. Shows what a bubble Progressives exist in.

To any of you Progressives out there would you like to live under Sharia Law ?

As a result of feelings of insecurity the followers of Islam fear that their faith may not stand up to competition nor comparative scrutiny, so they ban competition accompanied by brutal/deadly punishment to anyone who openly challenges the teachings of the paedophile prophet Mohammad.

Anyone found guilty of disobeying the barbaric Muslim Sharia laws usually suffers a torturous death.

In Saudi Arabia 'Johnny Foreigner', regardless of his/her citizenship status is not allowed to vote nor own property facing the sea.

The fact that these insecure, backward people are intolerant and fearful of exposing their narrow culture and superstitious religion to the beliefs and customs of others only serves to illustrate their spiteful prejudices.

Pretty idiotic stance from a so called Christian , if the Saudis allowed yous to build churches you would still find something to bitch about because it's not about building churches but more about how much yous hate other religions .

I thought Jesus said something about turning the other cheek ?

You're a hypocrite .

That is incredibly racist. Quite surprised at you about this. Do you care so little about Muslims in the US? "oh sorry no you cant build a mosque here because a few thousand km away there are other muslims that wont let someone built a church". What kind of racist bollocks is that?

I don't think the founding fathers wanted the kind of religious "freedom" seen in Saudi Arabia. We can do better.

Oh by the way, you still look like a complete fucking idiot when you put things in quotes that should not have quotes. Saudi Arabia is the name of the country. The quotes make no sense.

FromWithin downvoted me. Clearly he wants to control America like he thinks a Muslim would.

Our religious freedoms and their religious freedoms are vastly different. In our country we allow the practice of all religions while they currently ban all churches other than mosques. Trying to be like them in terms of restricting the Muslim religion and where they can practice it, is a step in the wrong direction. It's also rather childish, reeking of an "if you won't let me than I won't let you" mentality. Why did you use quotes for Saudi?

If Muslims want religious freedom, they need to give it. You get what you give. I am tired of hypocrites.

So instead you would rather our country take a step back from what makes it so great and the freedoms it provides?

We can not allow saracens to build their buildings of worship and introduce propaganda campaigns in Europe. We must resist the saracen invasion, DEUS VULT.

Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy, and those monarchs embrace only one theocracy. Meanwhile the US and the Western nations are all various versions of constitutional democracy. You're comparing apples and oranges.

You Leftist just don't get do you ! The United States of America is not a Constitutional Democracy !

de·moc·ra·cy

a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives

control of an organization or group by the majority of its members.

Didn't notice the constitution being referred to did you ?

My point was it's apples and oranges and your counter to that is basically my apples isn't apples. OK. We'll the US is certainly not a monarchy like Saudi Arabia. So it's comparing bananas and oranges. My point stands.

The United States is a Democratic Republic WITH a Constitution. The Constitution says that we will respect all religions and beliefs as long as THEY abide by our Constitution in every way. As John Adams said: " The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."

" A system of government by the WHOLE population ... whether they are Christian, Muslim, Jew, Atheist...ALL members of a state, typically though elected representatives." ".....NO religious test will ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States." That means Muslims can hold any office that YOU could!

I rarely see the Constitution referred to by bigots or racists. They would rather forget about it.
