Republicans LOVE abortion because abortions mean VOTES. Republicans use the abortion debate to get the simple minded to vote Republican by continually promising the lame brains that if only they had a right wing supreme court, a right wing anti-abortion Senate and House, AND a right wing nut in the White House ALL AT THE SAME TIME that they would DO AWAY WITH ABORTION FOREVER. That's a big fat lie and the proof is that they had exactly that for two years of the baby Bush administration and NEVER A PEEP WAS SAID ABOUT ABORTION THAT WHOLE TIME. The simple fact is that the GOP leaders want to keep abortion legal because by keeping the anti-abortion cause alive they can get the simple minded dolts to vote republican every single election cycle. You are spewing the same old tired lies of how it does not matter who we vote for when it comes to abortions. I realize that Democrats hate the truth of what they support with their vote, and try to excuse it away. Here are the facts that deceptive Pro abortion people never mention. The GOP has tried a number of times to compromise with the Democrat Party to limit abortions to 20 weeks, unless extreme cases, and the Democrats almost unanimously vote it down every time. The GOP vote is almost unanimous in support. It takes 60 votes to pass the Bill, but there is never a big enough GOP majority to pass it. I agree that Bush was wishy washy with abortion but he did end the practice of Partial Birth late term abortions, against the screaming from Democrats. Trump instantly ended abortion funding for abortions in other nations. Trump ended tax payer funding to Planned Parenthood's abortion trade. He gave them the choice to keep receiving funding for women's health such as cancer screenings, birth control, etc. but they refused! Big money from abortions was more a priority to PP then actually saving women's lives. Trump appointed two Constitutionalist Justices that will hopefully help in future abortion decisions. Democrats always nominate pro abortion Justices who want to legislate from their office. All the Democrat's running for President now want to end the Hyde Amendment which protects tax payers from paying for abortions! Biden just recently flip flopped on the issue. New York State elections recently gave the Legislature a big enough Democrat majority, and guess what they did? The GOP had been preventing them from making it legal to kill late term viable babies for any reason, but with the new Democrat majority they just passed a new abortion law allowing all abortions for any reason up to birth. Why is it the Democrat Party is constantly screaming that Republicans will end your right to kill babies if they get elected. I guess you are saying that the Democrats are pure liars and phonies. I would agree with you there. You waste our time trying to imply there is no difference between Parties when it comes to abortions. If the GOP ever gets a 60 vote majority in the Senate, you will see many new laws protecting our most innocent vulnerable lives. |
