You've been in the military and I haven't so let me ask you a question; if you're in the military and your superior officer tells you that you should do something, what happens if you don't do it? My leaders never offered their opinions. You can't win a war if all you got is polite suggestions. Then the military is different from the merchant marine in that regard. A captains suggestion to a crewman that they should do something would be taken as an order. If the captain of a ship tells someone on the crew that they should do something and they don't do it, as a general rule he'll expect a good reason and if there is none and they repeat the error he'll very likely turn up the heat on them and/or make an example of them. A ships captain doesn't have to use the words "that's an order", his statement to an officer or crewman that they should do something will be taken as an order as long as it's not anything untoward such as something illegal and/or something that presents a threat to the ship or it's passengers or crew. There are also Standing Orders which is a different thing, you might have that in the military. Side: Uhhh, YES

Whomever you are dealing with, it's obvious that he is exactly what all the security people were talking about on today's news conference. (8/2/2018). I believe EVERY ONE OF THEM mentioned that the biggest threat at this point, is those that spread division, with hate and distrust of government, that "undermine our democracy" (exact words of Kristen … take notice, "republic" people!) These "highly CONSPIRATORIAL" people undermine our democracy on social media daily! If you're not a Russian, bront, you are "aiding and abetting".
