I kind of have my own branch but I am not really sure, you classify: I don't like capitalism, I believe that when the people rule as a collective they should rule as a democratic republic, I believe the money system is good, I believe that each factory should be controlled by the Proletariat and that everyone follows a formula, for example 1 hour of work= 25$ and the Surplus should be stored, distributed or used to develop the country (if there is a state). In Colorado (don't quote me) in 2008 there was an election with "None of the above" on the ballot. We need to stop voting for parties and political agendas. ALL federal politicians make six figures and have the country's best healthcare coverage. Yet, they argue over what crumbs to give the masses. It is ridiculous that members of either party vote to elect someone to office. Then allow them to give themselves a six figure salary. The best medical care. Then they vote to give you nothing, rather than to concede to the other side to give you a little something. We struggle, they get rich. We argue on their behalf, they get rich. We go to war on their behalf, THEY GET RICH. WAKE UP!!!!!! Side: Left

The entire spectrum has become a big joke. Inconsistency is the only constant variable in the overall populace when it comes to their political views. And as for conservatives, well, it pains me that I must be placed near them in the spectrum. Side: Right
I hate this scale. It is not a true differentiation between Left and Right. It's just a comparison of Republicans to Democrats. In politics, Republicans and Democrats are all over the place in ideology. I am Right Wing according to the Political spectrum, which has been put up already. I am for very small government. The Left Wing favors major government involvement in Economics. Libertarian Right Wingers are for the smallest government. Authoritarian Left Wingers are for the largest government. Republicans fall in Authoritarian Right, while Democrats fall in top of center Authoritarian Left. Side: Right

I'm a moderate Libertarian. As someone who believes in freedom from oppression I often disagree with Republican ideology, but I almost never agree with Democrats. I don't feel represented on this sheet at all. I also disagree with the part where it describes the parental relationships. I see Republican parents more often are Authoritarian and Authoritative in how they parent, while Democrats tend towards Permissive and Uninvolved. The bottom line is that I can't support the idea that a few people in government should control my life or fate. I can walk away from any business I don't like, because it's completely voluntary. When dealing with the Government the threat of violence is always there with no recourse. Almost every modern dictator has used the idea of Socialism/Communism to take power... Even Hitler was a National Socialist. The ideals of the left are well meaning for sure, but evil in practice. Side: Right
Almost every modern dictator has used the idea of Socialism/Communism to take power They didn't necessarily use the idea of socialism/communism to take power, most people are taught to submit to authority and to be patriotic from very early on in life, and dictators just use that flock mentality to their advantage. Socialism/communism comes in after a dictator already has a foothold because those types of economies offer the easiest way to control the population and resources. When communist ideals are not abused however, they offer a type of system where the workers have control over the state, not the other way around. Communism doesn’t have dictators or any authoritative hierarchy for that matter; it is a classless system without any real government. Obviously it has never really been attempted. Side: Left
Are you seriously trying to argue that the Soviet Union wasn't Communist? That Pol Pot, Mao, and Castro didn't use socialistic ideas to get into power???? These people use socialist ideas to gain followers... not nationalistic ideas. Most people are motivated by self interest and nationalism is a strong motivator against other nations, but not good at providing a revolution in your own country. If you want to become the petty dictator of your own country... you focus on something internal. You gain followers by demonizing a religion (Jews, Christians... ect), or a class (wealthy people)... ect, or some other internal group. Nationalism will only help when the country faces strong external threats. Your definition of communism is silly. Many people have taken control of countries espousing communist ideals, and not one has looked like your definition. In fact your definition is literally impossible to achieve due to the fact that it goes entirely against human nature. Side: Left
