Lacrosse is way better. -In lacrosse there is not a stoppage of play to interrupt the game every 10 seconds. Therefore players must be able to run up and down the field until they are subbed. Also there is less interference by referees. -Lacrosse is a players game. In football, the coach makes most of the decisions about strategy, formation and plays. In lacrosse, the game is decided much more by the players, and the formations are more of a guide. The game requires much more personal creativity on the part of the individual player. -Lacrosse is a much more skill based game. In football, you can weigh 350 pounds and be fairly uncoordinated and still play as a blocker. Lacrosse requires the players to move much more and therefore be both strong and fast. Look at the guys playing on college teams that are 350 lbs. watch them shuffle from side to side in a half squat. Is that not coordinated? This requires great balance. And you have to know where the other blockers center of balance is so you can knock them over. Side: Football
