I remember what my gym teacher said on the first day of high school during class orientation: "If you ever get hit in scrotum during any sport, and you don't feel your testes drop back down after being hit, go to the doctor immediately; your testicles are erupting." Kidney stones have been compared to childbirth by many women; it's not exactly the same, obviously, but it gives us a good benchmark to start from. I've had kidney stones myself, and passing them (for me at least) was the worst part, and far worse than getting kicked in the nuts, at least in terms of intensity of the pain and how long it lasted. I also experience vertigo, nausea, loss of coordination and muscular weakness for a little while after a kick in the nuts, whereas the kidney stone pain was only accompanied by nausea, and less nausea than a nut kick. From that, one could draw the conclusion that giving birth is worse than a kick in the nuts, but that conclusion makes a number of assumptions that aren't necessarily correct- for example, the idea that passing a kidney stone as a male is exactly the same as passing a kidney stone as a female. If we could make this assumption, it would be simple- CB = KS, KS > NK, therefore CB > NK. Anatomy suggests that kidney stones are worse for men than they are for women due to several factors; diameter of the urethra, length the stone has to travel, and nerve density in the immediate vicinity; men have a smaller, longer urethra, and have significantly more nerves in its immediate vicinity than women have, so in theory at least the same kidney stone should be somewhat to significantly more painful for men. Taking that into consideration, what we have is CB = KSF and KSM > NK, but no idea how KSF and KSM compare; as such, we can't make objectively 'prove' how a kick in the nuts measures up to childbirth. All told, however, and of course dipping heavily into the subjective by necessity- I believe childbirth is worse than a kick in the nuts, in terms of intensity of pain, duration of pain, and how disabled the individual is for the duration. Imagine the major changes happening to your body for a time of 9 months. Then imagine 24 hours of the most God aweful pain you can possibly imagine with nothing for pain relief. Then imagine shitting a 9 pound 5 1/2 ounce baby. Then imagine sleepless night for a year or more plus being obligated to raising said baby for 18 or so years or going through a very painful adoption process. Being kicked in the nuts is nothing compared to this process. Side: Giving birth.

You're not describing the actual birth. The post is talking about the actual birth just like it's talking about that moment when someone is kicked in the nuts. It's not talking about the pain you're gonna feel a few hours after the kick and then the nightmares you're gonna have for the next few years of getting kicked in the nuts, it's talking about the moment of the kick itself.
