Definitely philosophically concerned! I believe that reason = virtue = happiness, which can only be achieved through being philosophically concerned. Before I stumbled across philosophy, I was radically different than I am now. The change in the way I thought has greatly affected my capacity for joy and optimism.

How is "blissful ignorance" possible? How would you know if you were "blissful," until you thought about what "bliss" means? Or what it means to know something? If you thought about it's meaning, and how you could or would attain bliss, you would be practicing philosophical thinking.

That's really fuckin' hard to answer. I am philosophically concerned, but, i've learned to be a Type B guy.

I go with the flow, and have actually used my philosophy to just not worry about shit. w/e happens, happens.

I've turned my misanthropy into entertainment. so i can make a positive out of anything that initially pisses me off.

I can't imagine how much it would suck for me to be like all the other idiots (people)... i'm just glad i'm not (maybe reincarnation does exist and i AM Plato!!)

Sometimes, it would be less frustrating to be blissfully ignorant but i couldn't live in such a state. Being philosophically concerned allows me to make better judgments about events past and present. To be blissfully ignorant one could never knowingly contribute any meaningful thing in conversation and that would be very boring.

Knowledge is the only thing that we have that can't be robbed from us by anyone and that is vary important to me. Also knowledge protects freedom, where as if we were blissfully ignorant we wouldn't know if we were free or not and just be slaves to an illusion.

I'd rather be the dumbest person on the planet because then I wouldn't have to worry about anything. In fact, I wouldn't be capable about worrying about anything except where my shoes were at.
