Who Else Here Works Out 3 Hours A Day?
I have to say it makes you feel a lot better about yourself when you put in the work every day.
Obviously you don't start at 3 hours a day. Start with very small sets of whatever you are doing but just keep repeating them throughout the day. You'll be surprised at how easy it is to get going. You just have to stay consistent. I find that training small amounts each day is much better (and easier to maintain) than overdoing it and then needing to rest for the next week.
I don't even lift anymore. My back won't take it. I just use various forms of push ups for my strength work. That and about a thousand sit ups in reps of 120 each time.
Put some music on and get on the case. No time like right now.
