CreateDebate is a social debate community built around ideas, discussion and democracy.
If this is your first time checking out a debate, here are some quick tips to help get you started:
Arguments with the highest score are displayed first.
Argument replies (both in favor and in opposition) are displayed below the original argument.
To follow along, you may find it helpful to show and hide the replies displayed below each argument.
To vote for an argument, use these icons:
You have the power to cast exactly one vote (either up or down) for each argument.
Once you vote, the icon will become grayed out and the argument's score will change.
Yes, you can change your vote.
Debate scores, side scores and tag scores are automatically calculated by an algorithm that primarily takes argument scores into account.
All scores are updated in real-time.
To learn more about the CreateDebate scoring system, check out the FAQ.
When you are ready to voice your opinion, use the Add Argument button to create an argument.
If you would like to address an existing argument, use the Support and Dispute link within that argument to create a new reply.

I like anyone who is consistent and has devoted some thought and research to the topics they debate.
The only reason you listed these is because they agree with your line of bull.
I prefer to list favorites as those that think and make me think, instead of those I just agree with. Joecalvary, atypican, chatturgha, are few of these fine people.
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else’s opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation." Oscar Wilde
You said they were all 'non-athiest' which apparently equals a congregation of athiests?
Anyway I'm not certain how most of them identify but the few I know of are probably athiestic. Not sure if you think you're revealing some conspiracy or expecting me to be embarrassed or something.
So you're saying that someone who holds a certain view (which they currently think is sensible, seeing as they are holding it) think that other people who holds the same view also tend to be sensible about that certain thing? Wow, you're groundbreaking.
That was sarcasm. I'm letting you know because sarcasm doesn't come across that great through text.
Sarcasm was used widely by Samuel Clemens in newspapers and other forms of print. His essays were printed by several publishers and found in numerous newspapers as well. Sarcasm doesn't work well in print? It made him famous. Try thinking and all be clear.
Me and zombee disagree on abortion, although she usually(if not always) wins when ever we debate on it. I appreciate her because she's often times better than me.
We likly have economic differences as well, although we do seem to agree on homosexuality and its related issues. Religion we have a few differences on, but we can be grouped together without the group being too broad. I doubt she likes me because we agree on 2 issues.
I don't really enjoy playful people like him. I don't really understand it myself. I mean, I like reading some of the playful posts that you and pizza make. (Looks back at Joe's posts) I guess I just find him to be annoying or something. His jokes have the capability to be offensive and I guess I don't like that. I haven't ever been really good with people. Nor have I ever been able to tell a decent joke myself. Eh, I forgot where I was going with this so I'll stop typing now.
To not be mentioned is the biggest compliment I could ever get. It shows how much I bother all of you. They say a politician that is well liked, is one that never does a single thing. To be hated takes acknowledgment and even respect, I'll take this any day over praise. I thank you all for this honor.
Despite being my 'hostile' I quite like your debating; I love all those that are my allies and enemies because each individual serves a specific purpose in my role on this site: they make me think. I could whole heartedly despise one of my enemies' views, but nevertheless I enjoy debating them. Why? I have no idea, but perhaps it is because I like a good challenge, and even when they pose none, they still do. I know that makes no sense, but neither do I; so I couldn't care less ;)
I agree, all those that have nearly the same views as me (JakeJ, TERMINATOR, MKIced, Cicero, and jstantall) have been missing in action lately.
I constantly feel ganged up on, oppressed, and frankly persecuted. While those that persecute me violently claim that homosexuals should not be persecuted.
"While those that persecute me violently claim that homosexuals should not be persecuted."
I am sorry you feel persecuted, and i hope i am not one those people you would consider in the group thats doing the persecuting but surely you must realise that morally we are only responsible for what we as individuals do.
I must asked though, do you actually think homosexuals should be persecuted?
Few on this site seem to know how to debate effectively. iamdavidh is probably one of the better ones, but we disagree so greatly on so many subjects that I am reluctant to call him the greatest, not to mention that he often resorts to petty insults. With the greatest of honesty I'd say that I think myself the greatest, but I am too biased to make such a claim.
