We know there is a rapture without even getting into the weeds of the common arguments. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. In Jesus' depiction of the end days he said it would be like Sodom and Gamorrah. In the Sodom story, Lot's family is whisped away out of the city by angels.
