that is nonsense. every one was born with the ability to make choices, all of us have made choices that we are not proud of some where in our past. .so to suggest that some how that people are raise to steal is not true'' regardless of the best home training, guidance, support no matter rich or poor imperfect humans make bad choices and stealing is one of them. stealing is not a black female or white female thing or problem it is universal and it crosses ethnicity ..to singles out any group of people is just wrong'''' there is enough divide as it is'' lets use this powerful tool that we have access to ' for the the promotion of things that builds us up as humans .not to tear down this group or the other.. .let good common sense and our better judgment with just an once of intelligence win the day'' promote unity not divide'' Side: coz they can

I side here, thought this is a strange topic to me, because what basis is "so much"? although I presume you mean so much more than white women, black men, and white men, personally if this is true, I would say that their are probably multiple factors, one being culture, another being chance, since white men, black men, white women, and black women don't all steal the exact same amount as that would be highly unlikely for obvious reasons unless we were all trying to have the same amount of theft in our racial/gender groups. Not all black females steal. Only some of them do. The reason is, I think, because they don't have enough money or the capability to purchase in general. The best example for this is the people in the Southernmost part of the America. Due to the existing discrimination in the past, 'colored' people in the said country were being mistreated. Almost all of them worked as a housemaid and/or in any other 'low' occupations white people didn't do. As a result, the service they gave was paid in a form of wages. Sometimes though, they didn't get the payment from their job or the payment was not given on time; instead, it was being delayed. The tendency is, because of their needs, they tend to do things that they don't usually do, leading to a crime known as stealing. Let us face it, it is not only black females who steal but also other people suffering from the flight of penury. Crime, such as stealing, would not be committed when a person's need is enough. But, there are even wealthy people who commit such a crime. The reason could not be known for it could be a personal or they are simply kleptomaniac. Side: coz they can
