They dont. They oppose paying for other peoples healthcare.

Such social services are great, providing there are those who are prepared to pay for the treatment of the under classes. Contributing towards such a scheme should be voluntary with those willing to donate part of their hard earned dosh signing an agreement to do so. Those who do not wish to have deductions made from their salary to support this scheme should not be forced to contribute. Any law making contributions compulsory would be no more than State sponsored gangsterism.

If things were voluntary, I would opt out of paying for the Iraq war.

Because the whole thing is one huge lie. Let's start with the title: "Affordable Care Act." So is it designed to make healthcare affordable? NOPE. Why support that when the title is a lie?

Why is affordable healthcare wrong? .

The Affordable Care Act does not provide affordable healthcare. Obama even admits this. The point of the law was to make sure everyone could be covered, not to lower the price. There is no affordable healthcare for those that oppose the ACA.

I don't think there is a single individual who opposes the concept of affordable healthcare, there are just those who oppose different methods of obtaining it (or, as they will most likely see it, ways to fail at attaining it).

For someone who decries others mischaracterizing your beliefs, you are borderline maliciously mischaracterizing the beliefs of others.

Why do conservatives oppose health-care?

Conservatives don't oppose health-care, they only oppose every one having it. Conservatives hide behind such titles as privatization which is simply everything being corporate owned instead of state or federally operated. Let me give you an example:

If your last name was Rockefeller; Would you want everybody to buy gasoline for $0.75 per gallon?

I am confused, why do you think they oppose health care? That seems to imply that they oppose doctors, treatment, medicine, etc.

Did you mean to ask why they oppose universal health care coverage? Or something else?

Some Conservatives, but not all, adhere to schadenfreude and they delight with their well-being and could care less about other people's healthcare.
