Why is Fox News Pro-Russia?
Compare the coverage of Fox News and the BBC of the chemical attack in Syria. First notice that at the BBC it is this mornings headline and in Fox it is quite difficult to find:
After reading this we can assume that we arent sure who is responsible. It was either Russia dropping them (according to the UN and eye witness accounts) or that Russia had hit a chemical weapons plant and that released the nerve agent (according to Russia's official statement).
What does Fox say? It was the Syria government that released the gas. No mention of Russia whatsoever. Well maybe they didnt have the information you say? According to its source code, that article was published at 02:06 EDT this morning, despite the official statement being made by Russia at least 22 hours before http://www.reuters.com/article/us-mideast-crisis-syria-chemical-russia-idUSKBN1770H3?il=0
Why blame the government forces rather than Russia? Why not even mention the UN's official stance?

You misunderstand the English language. If someone likes to do something then it is implied that they are doing it. If they say 'would like to' then it would mean as you say.
