Why is jewish food always based on grains?
So many foods and dishes invented by jews are based on grains, why does that be?

No more than most other cultural dishes. When you think about the history of grain it's played a significant part of just about every culture, with festivals and offerings of grain as a sacrifice to God/Gods. It is no surprise that a culture steeped in tradition and worship and as old as it is, would use grains in their dishes. Side: Jew good
