Will America go to war with North Korea?
If everyone heard, North Korea has threatened America with nuclear weapons. This brought Congress and the president to discuss whether they should go into war with North Korea. So, will America go to war with North Korea? If you have an answer, I would love to hear it but please explain why so it would make more sense.

North Korea is an impoverished, isolated little country with a military that is no match for ours.....do not float on air......Korea is no way subordinates to America....do not think America has the only strongest army in the world.....there is nothing that is impossible in this world... do not float on air I wasn't. Our troops our better trained, have better tactics and better equipment. Korea is no way subordinates to America Not South Korea, but definitely North Korea. South Korea ranks second in consumer robotics. (Japan being first) The South has great technology, and a strong economy. North Korea has offered nothing but problems for the world. do no think America has the only strongest army in the world You can't win battles with just one branch of the military. remember that China is one of there allies In the event that America should enter a war against North Korea, I believe that China will either be on our side, or sit back and watch North Korea get demolished. We are China's biggest investment, and biggest trading partner. I would not make sense for them to loose their biggest economic ally. Comparatively, North Korea brings China a lot less income than we do. Side: Yes, America shall go to war

have you every seen deadliest warrior because right now the U.S.army rangers are in south Korea and this is going to be the battle of the century and the us navy seals go to Israel to get more training in so we will have a good chance that it will be close. Side: millitary power

I'm pretty certain that the Mexicans defeated the Spaniards with little more than pitchforks. Not that North Koreans with pitchforks would be any match for today's weaponry, but we are all familiar with the ever-evolving battle in the middle east and the success insurgents have had with IED's. Let's hope if anything DOES happen, that they are not as familiar with the lethality of everyday items you can buy at your local hardware store. Side: No, America will not go to war

Yes, yes and the Zulu defeated the British army at one point too. The insurgents are guerrilla fighters that do not really answer to a central command. They may follow the ideas of the Taliban or al-Qadia, but they still operate individually or in small groups. North Korea on the other hand has a government that controls a conventional army. Don't worry, most North Korean's are to poor to afford anything at a hardware store. Side: Yes, America shall go to war

Im guessing that the US would love the chance to try and take out N.Korea for once and all, But they will wait for the north to do something so the US have a reason, also, I think that the us would want S.Korea and japan to help out. Another reason why the US would most probably not attack N.Korea, is because of China, and if they went to war with china, they will have a big problem and all out war coasting lots of live. And a finale reason is that the event of the attack of N.Korea, will result in all out war, or WW3... This is because if China and N.Korea join and fight the US, S.Korea and Japan, Russia will most probably get involved, against the US. Americas, S.Korea and Japanese allies will also probably get involved, causing further escalation of the war. Side: Yes, America shall go to war

If a foreign power were to exercise military drills in our neighboring countries, would we not feel threatened as well? I think they're reactions are based on fear, and not of aggression. Should they follow through with any threats to attack the United States, I support a swift, well thought out military advance on our part. Nothing like how we handled the war in Iraq (why did we go there in the first place looking for W.M.D.? North Korea has been far more advanced in this area than Iraq for some time now..) Still... I feel that any threats made by North Korea are based solely on the fear of being attacked by the U.S... We certainly did an excellent job of building up just that sort of reputation with how we handled things in the middle east over the last decade, don't you think? Side: No, America will not go to war

The only reason we haven't gone to war with North Korea is because of China. Its a been there done that kind of scenario for the US government. This is an issue that has aggravated every US president since Truman. "WTF do I do with this situation." So far we have just dealt with Little Kim's saber rattling because that's really all we can do. China is not willing to let the Korean Peninsula slide into all out war because they don't want to deal with the millions of refugees that would come streaming into their country. So, we do what we always do, act tough, tell China to talk to the North. China tells little Kim "relax, its OK, just breath....good," and then we start the whole thing all over again. However in this case with Little Kim getting close to being on the wrong side of grass and his son taking the helm, who knows what will happen. Maybe the little bastard is actually dumb enough to light off a nuke. Only time will tell. Side: No, America will not go to war

a war between the two koreas would be quick and decisive. south korea would easily crush the north with superior technology and support from their citizens. America will not have to enter the korean war again because by the time the ships got to korea the war would be over Side: No, America will not go to war

i know that Kim Jong il is not scared of anyone but surely we cant afford a nuclear war. If USA walks all over him, it will surely tick him off. i rekon USA should avoid it and just strike them at there weakest when the time is right. cause in the end asians have the biggest balls when comes to dieing.
