Well, I will answer this, presumably genuine question in the spirit of open mindedness in which it was asked. I would ask you to expunge any predetermined ideas you may have formed from your mind and consider the answer dispassionately and professionally. Firstly, the chief aim for business person is to legally make as much money/profit as possible. KEEP THAT IN MIND Many laws have been passed in order to create stable industrial relations and to control the practice of religious and racial discrimination. Like all well meaning laws there will be those who will abuse the legislation in an effort to milk the system. Any good manager or business owner will try to reduce the risk of having their business go through the trauma of attending industrial tribunals which, due to most prejudiced adjudicators perceiving the poor downtrodden employee a victim of the big greedy employer, invariably end up costing the company 10s of 1000s of $/£s in legal fees and fines. Blacks have a world famous reputation for, I hesitate to use the term, but it is the best description there is, The Race Card. They know that their black skin will qualify them for an easier ride in their place of employment than their white or Asian colleagues and any derogatory comment or gesture, real or perceived, made by their fellow workmates will almost certainly result in litigation. Apart from the astronomical expense of being found guilty of unlawful racial or religious discrimination the collateral damage from the ensuing press reports can have a devastating negative impact on any business. So, everything being equal, i.e., qualifications etc., what else does an employer look for. The answer;- Attitudinal qualifications, which include, A pleasant disposition, Honesty, The ability to get on with their colleagues, Good time keeping, A recognition that it's the customer who pays their wages, A willingness to learn and improve their performance, Loyalty to their employer, A disinclination to make claims of any description which occurred as a consequence of their own contributory negligence. As we have established that everything else is equal the attitudinal qualifications must act as the deciding means of judging an employees suitability for a particular position. In this regard, and having over the years employed those from most Eastern European nations, Vietnam and China I have to point that Blacks fail miserably on the attitudinal front. Poles, Lithuanians and most eastern European nationals will outwork the Irish and indeed most, if not all workers from western Europe. I don't particularly want it to be this way but this is how it is. We've already established that MAKING DOSH is what being in business is all about and employing blacks with their HIGH POTENTIAL FOR TROUBLEMAKING is not conducive to maximising PROFIT. So the LONG WINDED answer to your question is a resounding NO. Side: Of course, NOT
I think you should seek the answers to your enquiries from;- DOCTOR JAMES DAVID MANNING, the highly respected Black World missionary Pastor. His lectures along with the results from his extensive studies of NIGGERISM is educational and confirms what everyone, including the dogs in the street, have known for decades. He has given a number of well researched addresses all of which should be viewed and, more importantly, heeded. Side: Of course, NOT

It doesn’t matter what I say either way as anyone that disagrees with your narrative is branded a racist like the typical bully boy you are , why not address what I keep asking you and others on the matter instead of acting the coward and attempting to get a “ mob “ to back you ? Side: Of course, NOT
I find my level of optimism often annoys the crap out of people. But I think the two you mentioned would hire someone who is qualified. Again key word. Qualified. There's a difference between being qualified and feeling entitled because of the color of your skin. Side: YES. They LOVE bongos
Yes I would if the man or woman was qualified and gave a good interview and seemed like a friendly decent person , before you embarrass yourself anymore I had three people working in a company I ran who were black , two were female and American and one a guy from Liberia to this day we still meet up and socialize Why you indulge in this type of debate topic is beyond me it shows you have no class and are just a petty guy who like others on here keep playing the race card because you refuse to answer what I keep asking yous Here it is again maybe you and your buddies can try an answer instead of banning , downvoting and acting the tough guys by posting up a topic in an attempt to “ out “ someone So “ big man “ I keep asking you a specific two questions regarding American blacks 1 Are American blacks responsible for their own misfortunes and if not who is ? 2 Why is it my people from Ireland suffered worldwide and in the U S after going through an appalling famine and were treated like dogs in the U S yet we prevailed and turned out to be mostly model citizens who’s presence is still felt from the top down in the U S , how did we succeed and the blacks did not ? Was their suffering worse and if so why is still being used as an excuse for their underachieving I bet you’ll flee like you always do , or screech racist or most likely say nothing Side: YES. This sounds interesting, I'm going to take a crack at it for craps and giggles. 1 Are American blacks responsible for their own misfortunes and if not who is ? Yes and no. In the beginning slave trade was also supported by black tribes who sold off members of waring tribes to the whites. They made a lucrative business of it and were able to gain more power. That doesn't mean those sold or captured into slavery weren't victims. They very much were and they were subjected to horrible and demeaning practices. Even after they were freed they were looked down upon and murdered for their skin color. Hell even now we still have reports of white zealots killing blacks, though it's not nearly as common. Many times they still have struggles BUT .....some of that is of their own making at this point. Every single friend I have who is black is a fantastic person who works hard for what they have in life, that doesn't mean they haven't had obstacles presented because of their skin color, but they have had the opportunity to rise above it. There are others who believe they are entitled because generations ago some terrible atrocities happened and they want to cash in. As a woman I GET that bad shit has happened to my gender, we are still fighting the good fight today, but I have to EARN what I have and not try to cash in on the hardships my ancestors had themselves. I also believe the news sensationalizes racism because it sells and helps to further divide our country, which makes us easier to control. That's just my suspicion but as much as I know there IS still racism in this country, I do not believe it's as bad as people want to cry out. When someone wants to hate another it's easier to do it by looks than by knowledge. It's a helluva lot easier to tell the difference between a black man and a white man, then a white man and an Irishman. One can unlearn their cultural tongue, they can't unlearn their skin color to blend in. Side: Of course, NOT

Hello again, D: I DID answer your questions several times, but you didn't like the answer... So, let me try again, 1. No.. The white man who ENSLAVED them and continues to discriminate against them to this day.. You are a PRIME example of that.. 2. I TRIED to argue that point with you, but to no avail.. For some unbelievably crazy reason, you think being discriminated against is the SAME thing as being ENSLAVED.. I'm NOT trying to convince you now, as you'll NEVER be convinced.. I'm just suggesting that I haven't avoided you.. Clearly, I DON'T avoid you.. excon Side: Of course, NOT
I DID answer your questions several times, but you didn't like the answer... So, let me try again, They’re the same answers which you post without one shred of proof 1. No.. The white man who ENSLAVED them and continues to discriminate against them to this day.. You are a PRIME example of that.. Prove it , bet you cannot so white Americans are guilty of systematic abuse against blacks ? Also slavery was abolished a long time ago and you’re still using that as an excuse , oh dear How I’m prime example is beyond me , yet your hatred for the Irish , Mexicans and native Americans never seem to bother you , does it ? 2. I TRIED to argue that point with you, but to no avail.. No you normally flee or try and get a mob to back you For some unbelievably crazy reason, you think being discriminated against is the SAME thing as being ENSLAVED.. Never said that , but what the Irish suffered was equally appalling and in actual fact a slave was better off as he /she was fed and waterered by their masters I'm NOT trying to convince you now, as you'll NEVER be convinced. Because you make statements without proof . I'm just suggesting that I haven't avoided you.. Not this time you’re attempting to round up a “ mob “ Clearly, I DON'T avoid you.. Clearly you normally do Side: YES. They LOVE bongos
