Of course. I'm selfish, and there's no reason to sacrifice both boats of people (or just our boat) in the name of "honor" or "selflessness".

Yes. Yes I would. If it meant my family and good innocent people surviving, then I would do it. Of course, I would live with the guilt for the rest of my life.

In theory, I wouldn't do this. Myself and many of my loved ones have done many, many things that are illegal and put us in prison/jail. I don't think I could morally justify saving myself by murdering people who I truly don't believe are any worse than I am (generally).

Of course, this sounds great in theory, but in practice, I don't think it would be that easy.

I would have before I saw batman, but as always batman teaches everyone an important lesson on what being a good person means.

It's so easy to be selfish and say you would blow them up. But it's probably one of the most difficult things you would ever do to actually pull the trigger. I don't think I'd be able to pull the trigger.

I loved the look on the jokers face when he realized nobody blew anyone up. It was the first time in the movie that you see him defeated.

I think a lot of people say they would blow the other boat up, when in reality they would chicken out, just like that one guy in the movie.

It really depends on what they did, but I would probably say no. They could be people that were wrongfully convicted. They also could be a bunch of child molesters, which blowing them up would not be that bad, but I would not do it because regardless of who it is human life is sacred. Plus couldn't you jump off the ferry?

No, not really. In fact, while watching that scene, I was wondering why they didn't add a more GENIUS storyline, like, a better way to escape? Instead, it landed an ultimatum, and ultimately, it'll never be that simple in the real world... so, I won't NEED to blow up a boat of criminals for my survival.
