You probably have never tooken the time to listen to Country Music. I like both Country Music and Rock and I could insult both genres. You say that Country Music is meaningless but if you actually took the time to listen to one song, there is always a meaning to a country song. It talks about life as a teen. Rock talks about philosophies but I could also call it meaningless. If you consider Screamo Rock, I could say screamo is just brainless screaming that rips your vocal chords but if you read the lyrics, you'd see it's about life as well. The genre I find the most meaningless is Rap/Hip-Hop. Some Rap is meaningful and talks about life but most of it talks about drugs, alcohol, sex, and degrades women and the black community.

okay i will try to change your mind. so tell me what makes rock so great? country describes life and love and well... everything that makes the world go round. so by far its the best with little bad language and fun to listen to. many people can relate to it including me and i bet you could to if you find the right song. its pretty perfect so don't go around saying it sucks because its much better than that rock crap by far.
