We are currently on createdebate.com, not debate.org. Point made.

Hm...just taking a quick look at the site, I think that I prefer this one more, because I like the way it's organized; most debates can be infinite if you want them to be, and this site is easier if you sometimes just want to express your opinion and not get into a debate.

I actually tried debate.org first. It's more difficult to use, and this is more social, at least what I got from it. Createdebate for the win :)

Never heard of debate.org, but like the guy above me said, I like this site's layout a lot more. That one feels too clinical, devoid of fun. This one has a more easy going attitude. I like it.

Haven't tried the other one yet but I did heard of it. CreateDebate to me is the best debate website hands down and no one bet not argue with me!

I like CreateDebate after all, why would I but the site from the founders unless I really loved the idea, site, functionality, etc.

Challenge debates were designed to be something similar, but clearly they have not met the mark. So, if there are things you like about debate.org, and want to see them here, please let me know.

I prefer CD, I don't even like the look of that other dump.

Since my time on CD is much more than debate.org, CD is much more user friendly, and as far as intellectual debates, those were much more prevalent in the past. Idiots like iamdavidh give this site a bad name.

I've never used debate.org, and I don't intend to. CD for me all the way.
