Air. All the OP characters had Air as either their primary or secondary element. The only exception is Rock Lee and members of Uchiha but Lee has no power or element and the Uchihas have weird mind tricks instead. Their elemental powers suck other than perhaps Sasuke's electricity. Obito had air as part of his powers though and is possibly the most powerful Uchiha unless you insist Madara is just because he's physically dominant over Obito. 1
