That is for you, but what about the others? You have said that your brain works better in the afternoon, and so does everyone else. But if school were to e led later in the day, that would mean we would have to get off of school late, possibly around 7PM. Would our brains still be working for homework late at night? Especially with the lack of sleep?

Of course, it will, and always will be, earlier in the day, also known as "a starting school day." Groggy from sleep, yes I would love to have it later in the day. But what merit will there be if you are to end up staying up late at 12 AM doing your homework?
