The motorcycle operator shall not carry any person nor shall any other person ride in a position that will interfere with the operation or control of the motorcycle or the view of the operator
so why can't a scooter or moped if equipt with pegs and/or footrest,side car have a rider on it ? my bike/scooter has foot rest for another person. I have a friend that has a sidecar that was installed on his bike the law say's he can't have a rider ?
