Yea. Go for the apprenticeship. It'd be a great opportunity to advance in your career and there are very few things you should pursue in life. You should complete your Chef apprenticeship Duncer. I don't know why you're so tired but I do know that being a chef is very hard work with long hours. It is very rewarding work but you won't get there overnight. Had you planned for another career thus far or was this your chosen profession?
