I think it's a bit more than just paying being the difference. The motivation for the activity is different too; prostitues: for money. Promiscuous women: for enjoyment of sex, attention, or whatever. If that was the only difference, I'd expect all prostitutes to love their work, and promiscuous women wouldn't get so offended when offered money. Side: OTHER
