You do realize that many different religions and countries are running on different systems of time keeping. It's the year 5,775 according to Hebrew calendars, 1,437 on the Islamic calendar and many more to speak of that I'm too lazy to actually check. I wonder how much evidence you avoid in support of God that is reasonable and logical? That says, hey I can see why you believe that because evidence is reasonable in thought and has logic. And we can surmise that one view is more foolish than the other, because 1 view actually did weigh the evidence and has also weighed the ONLY evidence you weigh, and after reviewing all the evidence the decided there is beyond a reasonable doubt a God. Oh, sorry Slappy, you were right, he is pointing at the dedication of our country to God in 1620 and how turned around backwards away from God our country is in 2016.......it is a bit of a coincidence that our nation is so near to collapse after turning against God, but I have to agree with you that trying to prove significance in such numbers is like trying to decipher Nostradamus and take it seriously. Wouldn't surprise me if our nation falls before the end of the year and the lights go out, and all that means is it was a coincidence even though God could have planned it that way just to make the point with the numbers....not important either way. God incinerates 51 men to make a point. In 2 Kings 1:9-10, Elijah gets God to burn 51 men with fire from heaven to prove he is God. 18. God kills a man for not impregnating his brother’s widow. In Genesis 38:9-10, God kills a man for refusing to impregnate his brother’s widow. 19. God threatens forced cannibalism. In Leviticus 26:27-29 and Jeremiah 19:9, God threatens to punish the Israelites by making them eat their own children. 20. The coming slaughter. According to Revelation 9:7-19, God’s got more evil coming. God will make horse-like locusts with human heads and scorpion tails, who torture people for 5 months. Then some angels will kill a third of the earth’s population. If he came today, that would be 2 billion people.
