No, people will concentrate on honing their skills and advancing their career thus contributing positively to society in which they live. Europe is teeming with so called Muslim refugees many of whom were taken into the various countries at very early ages, such as the one who was admitted at 5 years of age and, along with other went on to machine gun to death some 183 young nightclubbers out enjoying themselves in Paris,France. The line which Australia takes should be followed by all nations. In Australia they're quarantined and, in the main kept in a place where they can do little or no harm to the people of the host nation. It's sanctimonious bleeding hearts like you that have brought death and destruction the cities and towns of Europe, and so far, to a lesser extent, the U.S.A. Side: yes

If a government is going to take in refugees (whether right or wrong) then the government needs to make the programs to assist with housing, food, jobs, etc. Paying private citizens to cohabitate with refugess does not get those refugees to stand on their own feet eventually and only serves as an incentive for private citizens to make a buck off of it. Taking in refugees should not be treated as the same equivalent as an international student exchange program. Side: no
