Did you even read the question, it was "What is the best country SO FAR," not, "What is the best country right now." So far would indicate any nation that has ever existed.
First of all, I know the English language very well, thank you very much, second of all, if that’s not what it means, why don’t you elaborate on what it does mean, that is if you actually understand any English at all.
If you don’t know what it means that is okay, because stupidity is not a crime, so I will answer it for you. The definition of so far, “up to this point, up to this point.”

I don't care what grade you are in, I am in tenth grade, and five years ago I knew that Maine was not a country and how to spell it, and I am not even American.
The best country in the world is Liechtenstein; it has absolutely no debt, one of the lowest inflation rates in the world at only 0.7%, the lowest unemployment rate in the entire world, as well as the second highest GDP per capita in the world after only the State of Qatar. Liechtenstein is also the safest country, the last murder being in 1997, plus they have a 100% literacy rate.
Liechtenstein has 30 000 people living in. It's a small city, It's not an actual country, like the Vatican. It has 80 policeman and no Army. It's a huge money laundry.
Qatar is fake country.Legal system is absolute monarchy, like in medieval Britain It has no social system, no health care system.

Literacy 100% yes but in Qatar is literacy defined by ability to memorize quran. It's a wahabi state and that's mean no women rights,public executions for leaving Islam and many other awesome things.
Ambrose was not saying that Qatar is one of the best countries, Qatar is a failure. However, Liechtenstein is a very good country. And it is an actual country, look at the CIA world fact-book, it is a country. Also, Qatar is not fake, it is on the map.
I hate to break it to you, but Liechtenstein is a country weither you like it or not; it meets all the criteria of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, as it has a permanent population, a defined territory, and a government which is capable of entering into relations with other states. There is nothing that says a country has to be a specific size with a certain number of police officers or an army; for heavens sake Andorra, Costa Rica, Grenada, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Haiti, Iceland, Mauritius, Monaco, Panama, and Vanuatu have no standing armies, and despite what you may think, they are all sovereign nations. Liechtenstein, being a sovereign nation, has the right to have whatever tax laws they want too, so if they want to launder money, that is not your problem, they have the right to do so. I would also like to add, that I was comparing Liechtenstein’s GDP per capita to that of Qatar, I said nothing about Qatar being the best country in the world, they are one of the most corrupt and evil countries in existence at this time, but just for the recorded, they are doing better right now than the United States, plus they too are sovereign nation making them a real country despite what you may think. Lastly Liechtenstein is a Principality, so it therefore does not have a King, but instead a Sovereign Prince, also, Liechtenstein has a police force of 91 people, not 80.
