Challenge Debate: where did the the singularity or condence energy that expanded in the big bang come from
i aint a zealot or anything. it just seems logical to me that universe couldnt have come about by chance since if the singularity before the big bang(ie. the universe evry thing that exist) is not eternal then before anything existed nothing could be around for it to cause chance or any thing to

I don't think the singularity "came from" anywhere. Once we get down to a singularity, everything we know about physics starts to collapse. This includes time, meaning that the singularity existed in a state not defined by time, meaning it didn't have to have a beginning. As to where the energy that started the expansion of the universe, I have not a clue. But the same question applies to you. Where did the matter and energy come from that God used to create the universe? 335 days ago | Side: it is eternal??
