My parents are divorced and i had to choose who i wanted to live with. I chose my Mom. My dad is a jerk who isn't very understanding, but i think that it depends on the gender, if you are a boy then you might like you're dad better. Side: who do you like better you're mom or dad

I generally prefer to hang out with my dad because I learn a lot more from being around him than my mom. I have a lot of respect for my mom, but my dad's taught me a lot over the course of my life. He's done some really dumb things, but who hasn't? I've had to learn to accept that fact and move on. Sometimes the forgiveness is hard, but he's taught me so much (and promised to teach me so much more). He taught me how to drive a manual (and promised to teach me to drive a motorcycle). He's fixed my car for me several times (and let me help him change the oil). Basically, my mom's great, but my dad is my hero. Side: you're Dad
