Superman is only weak to kryptonite, INCREDIBLY HIGH amounts of solar radiation, and I think one of his derivations is weak to lead. Hulk is just as mortal as you or I, and is as strong as Bill Gates in comparison to Superman.
I'm not familiar in the slightest with all the "new" advancements in the comics of which I have heard on The Big Bang Theory, something about a Second Age Superman, or something like that. But, if you want my perspective on the original Superman and the original Hulk, you can get it.

Superman is, essentially, immortal. He cannot be killed by anything but Kryptonite. Hulk I'm not so familiar with, but he can be hurt, can he not? Well, to answer the question, all I need is logic: something which is, for all intents and purposes, all-powerful, immortal, and unable to be hurt will defeat that which is, for all intents and purposes, mortal, of limited power, and able to be hurt.
Hulk I'm not so familiar with, but he can be hurt, can he not?
Well, technically no. The more you attack him, the stronger he gets. But Hulk is schizophrenic, so if you just calm him down, he would turn back into dweeby Bruce Banner. Then Superman could take a cheap shot and win.
Hulk is strong but after a while he turns back a superman has multipl weapons like laser eyes he is bullet proof he can fly and also he is super strong.
Superman is borderline invincible. Hulk can tow cars, Superman can tow galaxies. Hulk could literally hit Superman as hard as he possibly could, and Superman wouldn't even be scratched. For God's sake, Superman could probably tickle the Hulk to death.
No weakness? So schizophrenia is not a weakness? All Superman would have to do would be to hold a cute puppy to his face, and give Hulk a mug of cocoa, then kill him.
I like how you say he would "only have to bring kryptonite to the fight". Yeah, he'd just have a few kilos of incredibly rare kryptonite just laying around.
The Hulk and Superman are in two different comic book universes, Superman is in DC while the Hulk is in Marvel. So, how would you purpose that they would fight since they are from different comic universes?
The only way the two will duel is a realm for which we make up, which then anything goes. Hence, again, kryponite is readily available as anything else.

I know that. My point was that being able to choose where they fight is unfair, as one can manipulate the circumstances to their preference, IE, making Kryptonite readily available.
Let's say they fight in an empty room. Hulk could at best achieve stalemate. If Superman just refused to fight back, Hulk wouldn't be able to get stronger. This would then be a draw.
But, Superman could then take a cheap shot at Hulk, and kill him. Victory for Superman.
However, Goku would rape them both. But that's another issue...
All Hulk has to do is sit down and superman would make an epic transformation... into a pancake! (Then the hulk just needs lemon juice and sugar and he can have some of my favourite food.
The Hulk would obviously win! Unlike Superman, e has no gauge on his stength, so the madder he gets, the stronger. Aswell as he is just as invincible as the Blue boy. Superman will never be able to beat Hulk. Simple as that. I mean come on! Hulk creams Thor, and Thor is a god! No way Superman stands even half a chance.
