Even though the video is no longer available I'd have to say yes to the question...it does make them sound stupid. Having said that one also has to know their audience. If you're a recording artist and hip-hop and rap are your genres then go for it if it pleases you. When you come to the talk show or interview sounding like that I'll think the person an idiot. In all aspects of life we must know who we're speaking to in order to tailor the conversation to the event. You certainly would not speak slang at a job interview but might lapse into it when you're with a friend. You are what the world perceives you to be...and by your own hand.
