It's really not about either motivation or politics.

While the actual words will be motivational. I think the underlying message will be "I'm the good guy, I will help, and anything that suggests otherwise is bad".

Of course they're not going to make it a law that you can't question the government, the frog would jump right out of the pot. No, they're going to slowly convince these kids that Obama is superman. And the frog will slowly be boiled to death. (;
