Not all private schools have a strict dress code. Just some of the more well known, larger ones. And there is no religious fanatacism at the school I go to. We have school off on all christian, muslin, hindu, and jesuit holidays, and nobody is fired if they say "thank god". 341 days ago | Tagged As: Private!
not all private schools have uniforms, or snobbery, or religious fanaticism. Research my school, its called Keystone School, in San Antonio Honestly, i also think it depends upon the area, too In Detroit, Public Schools are the same as Private Schools in San Antonio. Private Schools in Detroit are a heck of a lot better than any school in San Antonio. The region depends on whether private or public is better I honestly think private is better, but that is my belief By the way, sorry for copying a lot of stuff said above SORRY! 340 days ago | Tagged As: Private!
Me and my family have all gone to public schools and we all turned out okay. But in the future I will seriously think about private schools for my kids. It just depends on the school. If we live in kind of a bad area I wouldn't want my kids going to public school. For example, Irving, Texas is kind of turning into the ghetto. But in a nice area, public school usually isn't that bad. But it definitely depends on the school. 341 days ago | Tagged As: Private!
Private schools are not only proven to be more efficient, but also less costly. The reason why most parents can't send their children to these better and cheaper schools, is because they are forced to pay for the expensive and inefficient public schools. The only reason why public schools exist as they do is because of forcing people to pay for them. If public schools are so great, then people would voluntarily choose to send their children there if given the choice. Right? What causes the price of something to drop? There is clearly a demand for education, and competition in the private sector allows for demands to be filled cheaply. If you were guaranteed to get paid no matter how well you performed your job, would you have the same motivation as you would if there was no guarantee? If parents had a choice to spend less money on a better education for their children, most probably would. Education, just like any other good or service, will always be better and cheaper in the free market. 341 days ago | Tagged As: Private!
I think the success rate is higher in private school. If a student knows that his parents are forking out the dough to send him to a private school, he'll try harder and will try not to fail. This is the case for most of my school. On the other hand, a public school student can't really be kicked out for failing and a lot will just go for the sake of going. Not everybody is goal oriented toward getting good grades and going to college. 341 days ago | Tagged As: Private!
