Time and time again, it becomes clear that in order to excel at something you need to specialize in it. The concept of a 'well rounded individual' does not work in all cases, and the round peg does not fit in every hole. I believe that after a certain grade(preferably 7th, 8th, or 9th), that traditional schooling should no longer be required.

Working from an earlier age to gain a better chance at comprehension of a particular field not only increases the chance at one will do much better when they enter the workforce, it also gives them more time to experiment until something feels right.
