Benefits of Physical Activity. Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as: Heart disease. Cancer. and i agree with u some people should try PE if they wanna be fit
PE should not be required and let the student decide and some student think that PE is a waste of time and some student maybe thinking its tried and try something else
u are right about the whales and when the trainer are teaching the whales a new trick and the whales don't do it right the whales get hungry and the trainer don't give them food so u can't expect to be okay with it of course they going to kill the trainer for not giving them food.
