I'm not sure i can completely agree with this statement. Although i see where you can come to think that if there was no government that we wouldn't have a ruler, but at some point in time someone would come to a larger power than the rest of the population and start to take control. Also, when said that the government stirs up trouble, without a government and without laws there would be more trouble. Without laws saying that crime comes with a consequence people would committing more crimes daily. that is why i come to disagree with this statement.

Living under a government is better than living without one in my opinion. With a government health regulations have been enforced. Without these trash would be laying in the streets rotting and our water wouldn't be filtered. Another factor is that with a government safety regulations have been imposed. Living with no safety regulations would be ten times more dangerous. For example we wouldn't have stop lights or stop signs causing car crashes. Mot only health and safety regulations, but laws like no crime without consequences and mandatory education would not apply leaving us with an uneducated more violent population. Without a government there would also be no preamble which states that the people must form a more perfect union as well as establish justice. It also makes sure that we insure domestic tranquility. Finally living under a government is more beneficial than living without a government.
