I agree that a government is necessary, and that it provides order to our society. In a world where crime is regularly committed we would need this kind of order to keep us safe. Along with that, or government provides people with money and job opportunities. I like the point you made with taxes, and how they help improve our roads and bridges. I believe that having a government is necessary to our society. Our government helps provide and create our laws, along with regulating them and making sure that people are following them. Our government also taxes people, which on one hand may be bad for the people, but this tax allows new government funded things to be built. Some other important things to factor is how our government controls our economy. Like how they distribute money to fund jobs, and how their service provides jobs to people like lawyers, judges, and more. On top of that, our government protects us by controlling our military. The government has many departments in which our lives revolve around. Like the department of education, which allows us to a public education for everyone with the help of taxes. Or the department of Treasury, which monitors and distributes our nations money. Therefor, our government is needed because they control the things we the people cant, they provide the order and law to our society to allow for a safe living space.
