I doubt that the hospitals will be dirty if there is free healthcare, the medical places will still be helpful regardless.

I agree, because most do not want to worry about not having money for their healthcare. People should not be worried about their bank account when receiving help.

Healthcare for all is necessary because one may not be able to afford the procedures or medication one needs. Many dont have enough money to pay for themselves and need government help.
