The main disadvantages of the UNT are: influence on students and their parents, the corruption and increasing the number of suicide. Firstly, the UNT brings a huge stress for students, because in 3 hours every students' rate is decided. therefore face to face exam really suitable for students, it is believed that the final grade of the certificate must be evaluated by teachers, rather than being evaluated basis on the UNT. Only teachers can know the real level of the student. Secondly, In Kazakhstan the largest amount of corruption in the educational system is founded at the UNT. I want to give one example, which happened one year ago, “The first day of the UNT in Zhanakorgan brought unexpected results. Almost all graduates got beyond 100 points, which immediately led suspicions of examiners”-, said chairman of the State Commission for the UNT Zahankorgan region Bolat Ibragimov. after this two members of the Committee National Security (CNS) department condemned for four and five years, moreover two other employees of education system received three year in prison, because they sold the answers for questions UNT. Finally, after the introduction of the UNT in Kazakhstan the number of death among students increased. “In 2009 there were 209 cases of committing a suicide and in 2010 there were 237 cases”-, said Dariga Nazarbayeva.

Yes, i agree that Test is really effective evaluating form, because it doesn't take so much time, however the UNT Which exists in KZ can not show the real knowledge of the students. For example when i passed the exam, i met with the problem, there were not any correct answer.

The UNT, which exists in Kazakhstan has not a good organization, therefore, so many clever students are suffering from the mistakes, from two correct answers, which happened with me. I can say that there so many disadvantages that advantages of the UNT

Hello, before starting our debate, i would like to give some information about United National Test (UNT). According to the rules of the education system of Kazakhstan, every year each student has to pass the United National Test (UNT) in order to obtain the higher education. The UNT is an evaluation form of student’s knowledge, who graduates the school in Kazakhstan. The UNT was introduced for the first time in 2004 as a form of united, combined examination for finishing secondary education. Before introducing the UNT for the first time, all high school graduates passed face to face exam. Nowadays, UNT includes five main subjects, they are: mathematics, Kazakh and Russian languages, history of Kazakhstan and subjects of student’s choice such as Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, English, German, French etc., it depends on student’s future profession. There are 25 questions in every subject, moreover there are given 3 hours for solving and answering to these questions. Our president Nursultan Nazarbayev said: “Youth – is the future of Kazakhstan” I totally agree that to make a perfect future for Kazakhstan we need educated people. However, so many clever and talent students who indeed deserve highest grades and scholarship are suffering from UNT, because of corruption, and mistakes that occur on the UNT. From the moment of implementation of the UNT, it is a very controversial topic that brought many different ideas and opinions

If you are a person with good conversation skills, you also naturally inspire others to do the same thing even without trying. Having good conversation skills is like shining a flashlight on what is otherwise considered as a typical work routine day.

And also, i want to add the information that conversation skills are important! "Conversation skills are important to any kinds of career because it is the base means with which you express yourself to other people, specifically your colleagues, your boss and other people you will deal with in the career you have chosen for yourself. Many a competent graduate has missed out on opportunities for a rewarding career because he or she lacked the ample amount of conversation skills needed to be able to sustain the communication dynamics that come with every sort of promotion in work. " i agree with this argument

In my point of view, it is more important to be good at speaking than writing, because the ability to speakskillfully provides the speaker with several good advantages such as: ability to inform, persuade and direct, ability to have a confidence in unknown society, and also to have a good relatiopns with others. Nowadays to speak well is essential for social communication. There is a typical example of me, I am really good at grammar, because at school i had a perfect teacher, who always taught us english grammars, however i never had a practice of speking. I was poor at speaking, i couldn't explain my thoughts, opinions. But now i study at the university, where all subjects, lessons are in English. And i had foundation courses, where i improved my speaking skills by doing presentations, discussions and performances. So, i can say that grammar is important, but speaking is more significant than writing. In addition, to speak well is the key to beating in the competition, especially for getting a job, because while being an interview you will have a huge confidence in yourself, and confidence is the best key of everything))).
