Technological progress benefits humanity more than it hurts it. First of all, technology can lead to new advancements in the medical field such as cures for diseases that can otherwise be deadly. Also, in the right hands better technology can create a better way to defend our country in necessary situations. While this can also have the negative effect of unnecessary attacks on other countries, it can be avoided with the right laws in place. As expressed, technology can lead to more harm than good due to it’s increase in new and different ways to save people’s lives.
