Students should be allowed to use personal devices such a their phones in school, although there should be limits. During class, when people are supposed to be learning and productive, it is reasonable for them no to to use their phones unless it is something not distracting. (music for some people, calculator etc) In the "real world" adults can use their phones as they please for the most part, but if they get caught at work on it all day or something like that, then that could have consequences, so balance is a good idea when it comes to the degree that they use them.
I agree that climate change is an issue, and people need to do what they can to help and impact it, but that said the origin of global warming may come from many sources. (Not ONLY humans)
