There's nothing natural about a diet that forces you to do something that you don't want to do. Most people at the end of the day wouldn't want to kill a sentient being, because the killing is out of sight they don't think about the fact that they are consuming a dead animal that suffered and died.

People are being conditioned by society to accept unnecessary death and suffering, cause' nobody told them they can live a life of good karma and good health as a vegan and that going vegan can change your whole life.

When you consume meat it clogs up your arteries, funnily enough a high cholesterol diet is the leading cause of heart disease. Isn't that ironic? you consume the suffering and death of an animal, and you get heart disease, because you need to open your heart to the animals you are consuming and realize that their life is more valuable than mere taste pleasure. And so is yours! Why not just eat a healthy and ethical plant based diet instead of increasing your risk of life threatening diseases like cancer and heart disease and taking in bad karma from the suffering and death of innocent sentient beings who don't want to die?

Plenty of sources on a plant based diet. Chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds avacados, beans, lentils...even broccoli has protein.
