MADE should NOT be only left to experienced teachers to carry out, but beginners should perform it as well despite possible ineffective decisions. As MADE's 2nd principle goes, "Positive attitudes towards the learning experience, self-esteem, and emotional involvement are important determiners of successful learning".

if we as beginning teachers are to be held back in the usage of MADE due to our fear of failure, we ourselves will not be able to learn how to make use of MADE or any other form of teaching effectively.

Thus as a beginner teacher, i believe we should strive to use MADE, by understanding our students' different learning styles and life experiences, so as to create work that are enjoyable and applicable to their lives.
