Homosexuality isn't Genetic nor Choice!!! The persons brain determines who or what they are sexually attracted to. Same for Heterosexuals, Bisexuals, Pansexuals, Metrosexuals, Zoosexuals(Eww), and so on and so on. So Whoever you are, get a life.
If someone commits suicide, they won't be able to go to trial if it was a crime because they are dead. So it doesn't really make sense to make it a crime. Also, if it was made a crime be suicidal, it'd probably make them just hate life even more.
The most common reasons people come up with to explain homosexuality is as Genetic, Mental, or Choice. I myself go with mental, yet not mental "illness". I, being Bisexual, find it very offensive to say the cause of my sexuality being something as that of a mental "illness". The persons brain tells them who they are sexually attracted to, and ever since I checked, sexual attraction isn't an illness :]
