Security should do what they do and continue it. The amount of force they use should depend upon their gender, how hard their fighting back, and how disruptive their being. If a kid is being disruptive, he/she is showing an inappropriate school behavior. That kid needs to be taught a lesson. If a security guard is trying to remove a student and the student decides to fight back, that kid needs to be taught a lesson. If it is a girl still use force just not as much with a boy. Now their are cons with using force. If to much force is used the student might feel violated. Along with the student being violated parents can also sue. So their are pros and cons to using force.
Students should wear uniforms. Wearing uniforms show a sign of unity. According to research wearing uniforms may be a stepping stone to get rid of violence in schools by showing that what really matters inside. Also wearing uniforms is practice for when they get their job and have to wear uniforms there. Wearing uniforms also help: Improve learning, save time and money, and promote a sense of teamwork.
