I had this arguement over and over at my workplace and my main point here is: there are no reasons for it to be illegal.
The only arguement not based on personal disgust or religion that I can recall is this:
-This will lead to people being interested in having sex with actual children, which is illegal.
Now, that is a positive statement that is yet to be proven.
There are no actual data that can support such a claim and we cannot go around banning someone`s business just because our intuition tells us this is dangerous.
Furthermore, my intuition tells me this will only prevent real pedophiles from going out and acting on their (natural for them) urges. Because they can satisfy those urges on a sex doll.
So "this will make more pedos" worry is not even universal, needless to say it`s not based on evidence or precedent.
